Every leader is of essence, a follower.

Leadership is not commanded. Leadership is influence like inspiration. Leadership also, is purely followership.

1. The Crowd

2. The Disciples

True followers follow for inspiration (MATTHEW 4:17-22, MARK 1:11-22, JOHN 2:1-2).

Your followership must be established (JOHN 6:63-68).

When a follower gets tired of a leader, it is not an indication of bad leadership but an indication of distraction and criticism from the follower.

QUESTION - WHAT ARE YOUR REASONS FOR BEING A FOLLOWER?

The greatest gift a follower can give to his leader is his SUCCESS. You fo not discuss the flaws, errors and excesses of your leader. The work, value, greatness, and measure of a leader is in his followers.
